We are thrilled to announce that Ordinary Lifestyles has been awarded GOLD accreditation from Investors in People!

According to Investors in People, Gold accreditation means that “we have the policies in place but more than that it means that everyone, from CEO to Apprentice, takes ownership for making them come to life.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!

Gold accreditation shows a fantastic effort by any organisation and places Ordinary Lifestyles in fine company with a host of other organisations that understand the value of people. Along with Investors in People Ordinary Lifestyles believes that our success begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everybody we make work better for every organisation… and if we do that we make society stronger, happier and healthier!

Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve the Gold award. We’d like to thank all our staff for all their great work in helping us to reach this amazing achievement and look forward to celebrating!  We’ve raised the bar… The sky’s the limit… Platinum award next time anybody?
