Support Workers:

We are currently looking to recruit female Support Workers in the Openshaw area of Manchester. The main purpose of the Support Worker role is to enable adults with disabilities to live in their own home in the community, providing support based on each individual’s needs and preferences.

The Support Worker’s role is to work with a small team of staff, providing 24 hour support to individuals with learning and mobility difficulties in their own home and in the community.

This post is exempt from sex discrimination under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 {Occupational Requirement}.  Rotas cover 7 days per week.  Hours vary depending on the vacancy and include sleeps .  A manual driving licence is essential.

We are currently looking to recruit Casual/Bank Support Workers to work across the organisation.  Further information can be found here as to what is involved.

We are particularly looking to  recruit female workers in the Openshaw, Clayton and Moss Side areas of Manchester.
