We are looking to add to our committed and dedicated team and currently have vacancies as detailed below. We are currently offering recruitment rewards for people who join our team. We are looking for people with the right qualities such as kindness and compassion who want to make a difference to the lives of the people that they support. The main purpose of all of these roles is to enable adults with disabilities to live in their own home within the community, providing support based on each individual’s needs and preferences, working within a small team of staff, providing 24 hour support (unless otherwise specified).

FEMALE ONLY SUPPORT WORKER (Wythenshawe, Manchester)
14.25 – 28.5 hours, plus 1-2 sleep ins per week with rotas covering 7 days per week
Manual driving licence is ESSENTIAL

18 hours, plus 2 sleep ins per week with rotas covering 7 days per week

Various hours – to cover day shifts over 5 days a week
Driving licence and use of own car ESSENTIAL
The main purpose of this role is to support an individual with learning and physical disabilities (who lives with his parents) to access daily activities. In addition providing emotional and physical support to enable them to live as independent a life as possible.
