Hayley Robinson, Quality & Compliance Manager

Hello. My name’s Hayley and I’m the newest member of Ordinary Lifestyles’ Management Team. 

I am the Quality and Compliance Manager and will continue to build on the amazing work the organisation’s staff already do.

Since leaving college I have always worked in customer service jobs varying from call centres to pubs.  In 2012 I joined a Housing Association and worked in, and then managed, a long-term housing related support service. I then progressed into project work and worked on projects creating both an extra care service and domiciliary care service. In May 2024 I completed my Level 5, Leadership in Adult Care with the hopes of becoming a Registered Manager and developing in areas that I felt passionate about.

I am a mum of one and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, and our dog, and taking trips away in our campervan. I also have a newfound love of reading and like nothing better than a gripping crime series.
