Bodie Okunola-Adeleke, Registered Manager
I began my working career as a teacher and when I found myself in Pennsylvania USA, I decided to become a Nurse, and really enjoyed working with people.
When I returned to the United Kingdom, I worked at Albert Place Day Centre in Altrincham as a Resource base Manager over 20 years ago, where I met a few of the individuals we currently support.
I then left Health and Social Care and transitioned into the housing sector, managing sheltered accommodations, Extra care facilities and Leasehold properties. During my time working in the housing sector, I used my experience to help build a dementia specific Extra Care facility.
My passion for working with people brought me back to Ordinary Lifestyles and it’s amazing to work with such talented people.
I my spare time I enjoy listening to the sound of my sewing machines which helps me with my creative free spirit.
